All deposits must be funded from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to a person other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
Members may request withdrawal of real-money funds from their account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions being met:

Dokterjudi's aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposit amount paid by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Dokterjudi reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Where an account is closed due to a Member breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is established, remaining real-money balances (excluding any bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method.
Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closures are processed within 5 business days and any eligible real-money balance will be returned.
